
| The ancient Montagliari farm is a medium/small company producing wines since 1720, that conserves the internal structure and methodology of traditional winemaking; in fact the main part of the wine barrels are built from the wood of the surrounding area. You can still find the old casks that were once used for winemaking but today are used for storage. According to the ancient oenological tradition used by our company, we have a vinsanteria where the vinsanto ages in over five hundred kegs. The business was recently bought by the Migliorini family, who are originally from Chianti, and who intend to maintain the traditions that were kept up until this time. Essentially the business produces the following products: Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva, Brunesco di San Lorenzo (igt), Grappa, Brandy, Amaro di San Lorenzo, aged Vinsanto, extra virgin olive oil, and other typical products like pressed trebbiano grape sauce, aromatic sauce, aromatic oils; every product is available in the farm shop. |
